Terms and Conditions
Payment
All prices indicated are exclusive of delivery/ postage and packing.
For Overseas orders:
Payment is due in full on a Pro-forma basis on confirmation of order.
For UK orders:
50% deposit with order, 50% paid on completion of work.
Payment to be made in GBP by credit card or cheque made payable to Judy Bentinck Millinery with guarentee card number wriiten on reverse.
Carriage within UK is charged at cost plus a contribution to packing. Overseas shipping by arrangement.
All items remain the property of Judy Bentinck Millinery until payment is cleared in full.
For trade orders, minimum order is to value £350 or 5 items.
Trade Descriptions Act
Our products are all individually hand-made and whilst every effort is made to maintain consistency in size, form and colour some variations may occur. We pride our selves on maintaining the highest possible standard of work and finish.
Delivery
Delivery time will be advised upon placing an order. Our usual lead time is 3-4 weeks. Items that are in stock can usually be delivered within a week once payment has been received.
All reasonable care is taken in packing an order, any damage incurred during postage must be reported within 48hrs of receipt.
Returns
Items may be returned with notification before posting. Please return within a 7 day period.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of order conformation. Any monies will be refunded.
Sale or Return
When items are on loan or for sale or return any damage incurred must be paid for.
Commissions
Special orders . Most of our products can be made in colours to customers requirements. Dyeing to match costs £30 per colour.
Judy Bentinck undertakes commissions for individual pieces. Contact Judy Bentinck to make an appointment.
